The hotel was easy to find upon arrival.

We faced numerous issues during our stay. The place was filthy, and I had to bleach the area myself upon check-in. Additionally, staff were unresponsive to multiple messages I left regarding our concerns, and the office was never open for assistance.

wow, I was so thrilled to arrive, only to find the place dirty enough that I had to bleach it myself. the pool closed at 8pm even in this oppressive heat, and when I asked for special treatment due to these inconveniences, I was completely ignored. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.
